This is where Faux lives

I think there’s been a shift at the table.

Not everyone is drinking the same thing anymore.
And honestly, most people don’t care.

Some are having wine.
Some are not drinking alcohol.
Most are somewhere in between.

But the table hasn’t changed.

There’s still food.
There are still bottles being opened.
Glasses being poured.
People reaching across for one more bite.

That’s where Faux fits.

Not as a replacement for wine, and not as something separate from it.
Just another option that belongs at the table.

Faux is crafted from verjus, fruit, and botanicals to bring the same structure and acidity you expect from wine, so it feels natural with food.

Because the goal was never to make something that imitates wine.

It was to make something that sits where wine does.
